Orr Insurance wanted their clients to be better informed in regards to their coverage options. We worked with them to design an intuitive way to navigate through the large volume of information. It was also important to them that the site be easy to read on smartphones and tablets. So we used a responsive design that reshaped each page to fit the screen that was viewing it. A person using a smartphone would not have to pinch and zoom.

T&T Power Group

Tyler Van Dyke at T&T Power Group wanted his website to provide a Dealer Login page where Genco could communicate and share files with their dealers directly. They are able to create usernames and passwords for each dealer.
Secondly, they needed a product catalog to showcase the generators they build. This cuts down on phone calls into the office asking preliminary questions that can more easily be answered by the customer visiting the website. That way his staff can spend less time on the phone, and be more efficient at completing other tasks in the office.

Rona's head office website, Rona.ca didn't serve the individual needs of the Goderich branch. They came to us because they wanted to emphasize the extra products and services that their branch specializes in.
Their product line is too extensive to maintain a catalog, so instead they wanted to showcase product categories and list the brands whose products they carry. It is a low maintenance approach to showing customers what they carry.

Smythwelding.com is armed with a powerful administrative 'back-end' that lets their staff update their extensive catalog. The site is structured intuitively, so that it is easy to navigate between product categories, models, and their options. Their website saves the office staff valuable time by reducing the amount of phone calls to the office asking about their inventory. By providing their customers an up to date resource about their product line, customers are easily able to find answers to most of their questions.
